Paul Andreu is a renowed French architect. He graduated in 1958 from the Ecole Polytechnique.

He is one of the world's leading experts in airport design and has worked on more than 40 such projects worldwide, including Shanghai,Jakarta, Paris, Cairo, Bangkok, Osaka and Dubai.
